Sherron Kay Lyons, age 57, of Sanford, N.C., died Monday, March 4, 2013, at her home.
She was born in Lee County, N.C. on September 14, 1955, to Thomas Clayton Lyons and Margaret Imogene Maddox Lyons. Sherron worked twenty two years for MOEN and most recently worked for the First Presbyterian Church Child Development Center.
In addition to her parents, Sherron is survived by two sisters Debra Wall and husband Spencer and Sandra Cameron all of Sanford; 3 nieces, 1 nephew: Angela Mallot and husband Rick, Crystal Randall and husband Wayne, Thomas Martin and wife Danyelle, Tabitha Parrish and husband Marty; 2 great-nieces and 1 great-nephew: Amber Stegall, Sydney Parrish and Callen Martin.
The family will receive friends Wednesday, March 6, 2013, from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Bridges-Cameron Funeral Home. At other times the family will be at the home of Sherron Lyons, 3518 Lee Avenue, Sanford, N.C. The funeral will be held Thursday, March 7, 2013, at 1:00 PM at Edgewood Presbyterian Church with Dr. William Hayes presiding. Burial will follow at Lee Memory Gardens.
